Tod, is a real estate enthusiast, who has owned multiple investment and rental properties in the past. After spending 10 years dabbling in investments, he decided to join the other side of real estate as an agent.

Tod has served 11 years active duty Air Force, before joining the Indiana Air National Guard during the Covid pandemic. He is familiar with the VA loan process and requirements, having used them in the past on his own properties. The Air Force core values (Integrity First; Service Before Self; Excellence In All You Do) are what you can expect from Tod as your real estate agent.

As a current resident of Hamilton County since 2016, he is familiar with the local community and can offer invaluable insight to anyone who might not be from the local area.

Tod is fluent in both Bulgarian and Russian languages having spent the first 17 years of his life overseas.

Fun fact: He is fascinated by small European markets, eateries or shops he discovers around the Indianapolis area that remind him of his hometown.
