Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Jake pursued his education at Ball State where he also played football. Following college, Jake had a genuine interest in new construction and was drawn to a real estate career. He spent the beginning of that career as a new home sales counselor, finding joy and a sense of accomplishment when he helped his clients build the home of their dreams.
