I immediately knew I wanted to work here.

I've been a Realtor for about three years now and have worked at two other brokerages prior to working at Trueblood Real Estate. After getting an email about TRE and during my meeting with Jim Trueblood I knew "I was for sure coming to work here."

When Jim was talking to me about all of the systems they use and benefits they provide to their agent, there was no doubt in my mind why I wouldn't want to work here. 

TRE is different from other brokerages I've worked at.

They really provide all of the tools and support you need to be successful. My managing broker is really awesome and has helped me with a ton of stuff, and I can tell the people at TRE really care about every individual's success.

What qualities is TRE looking for in a Realtor?

Trueblood Real Estate is looking for someone who is really driven and wants to make their job a full time career in real estate. I would say you also have to have a good attitude in order to learn and grow, and handle tough situations from time to time.

What motivates you to be successful at TRE?

The people here always motivate me. To be surrounded by a bunch of other supportive and driven people really motivates me to work harder. I have a great relationship with Jim and Brian and they always push me to do better and to grow.
