Richard Bagsby has worked in the construction industry for over fifteen years and has been a construction managing superintendent for ten of those years.  His knowledge of the construction industry and experience with working side by side with property owners makes him a valuable asset going above and beyond when assisting clients with the purchasing of and/or selling their home.  

Richard is a critical thinker and able to think outside the box to get things done in a timely manner. Being a homeowner himself Richard knows the crucial steps needed to make sure milestones are met consistently to get to the closing table.  

A family guy with a large family, Richard spends his spare time on the farm raising cattle, goats, and chickens and enjoying life with his wife and children.
