Emily was born and raised on a family farm in Missouri that instilled the value of working hard and treating people right. She knows the importance of community as she connected with others during her time in various states (Illinois, Maryland, Hawaii to name a few). She has built on similar connections in Indiana and has called Lafayette home since 2011. She loves to work in her garden, make food for the neighbors, tend to her chickens, and spend time with her family and friends with a bonfire.
