Born and raised in Indiana, Eddie Flecker brings a deep understanding of the local market and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—buying or selling a home. Since beginning his real estate career in 2014, Eddie has built a well-rounded and results-driven background across multiple facets of the industry.

He started his journey with Century 21 Scheetz and later expanded his experience with BLP Realty, gaining valuable insight into traditional residential sales. Eddie went on to launch his own company, Flecker Realty Group, where he further developed his client-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

In addition to his retail real estate experience, Eddie has spent the past 10 years working closely with investors, including serving as an acquisitions manager for a local investment firm. He also worked with Offerpad, giving him a unique perspective on modern home-selling solutions and cash offer strategies. This diverse background allows Eddie to provide creative, flexible options tailored to each client’s needs.

A graduate of Ball State University, Eddie now resides in Fishers, Indiana, where he enjoys raising his two children. When he’s not working with clients, you can find him at concerts, out on the golf course, or exploring new restaurants around town.
