Julie Fogle, realtor, has worked in the real estate arena for over 34 years. Most of those 34 years were in the mortgage industry. She has worked as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Underwriter and Account Executive.
During those years she completed educational training for DU/LP, Martin Freedland Management Course, FHA Direct Endorsement Certificate and Appraisal 101 & 102. Julie is also a member of CIREIA.
Upon leaving the mortgage industry 9 years ago she became a full-time real estate investor. In 6 years she has managed to purchase 17 rentals and has flipped over 20 homes. One of her favorite accomplishments in investing and rehabbing homes is to bring the home back to life and help improve and stabilize neighborhoods. Investing has been a great learning curve for not just real estate knowledge but working with all walks of life. Julie works with buyers, sellers, investors, private money lenders and distressed home sales.
Julie has combined and utilized her finance and real estate investing skills as a great tool to help negotiate the best deal for her buyers. She helps her buyers convert their “want to have lists” to their “have lists.” She guides her sellers to transform their home to look the best it can for quicker sales and higher profits.
On a personal note, Julie is a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She and her husband Jack have 7 beautiful grandchildren and love playing golf.
