For as long as he can remember, Joshua Fix has had a fascination with not only how things are built, but how people experience architecture and design via our senses and imagination. His passion led to his pursuit of higher education focused on art history and culture in his hometown of Bloomington, Indiana. With several years of residential property management under his belt, Josh is thrilled to apply his experience, customer relations skills, and knowledge of real estate as a member of the Ryne Shadday Team.
